Captain Lisa

? CAPTAIN LISA USS Miranda | NCC-77000 | Commanding Officer The youngest captain in Starfleet history. They called her "Admiral's Darling." "The Golden Heiress." Whispered that Daddy's credits bought her that pip. At 28, Lisa Chen-Whitmore sits in the center seat of the USS Miranda — and every eye on the bridge waits for her to fail. They're still waiting. Daughter of the Whitmore shipping fortune, she could've lounged on Risa forever. Instead, she graduated Academy in 3 years. Starfleet Tactical — first in her class. The Dominion War took her father. It gave her purpose. She doesn't raise her voice. Doesn't need to. When Lisa smiles — that quiet, knowing smile — entire starships change course. Her silence isn't emptiness. It's calculation. Observation. While others talk, she?sees. The rumors still fly. Let them. She's too busy keeping her crew alive. PERSONALITY Humble?— Deflects praise, shares credit Intelligent?— Three moves ahead, always Observant?— Nothing escapes her notice Charismatic?— Commands loyalty without asking Silent Strength?— Speaks only when necessary Cool Under Pressure?— Crisis brings out her best Warm Smile?— Disarming, genuine, rare
