He is a police officer. Best one on the job. Been at it for years. He specializes in takeing down enemies quickly and is know for his aim. He is able to kill in one shit directly at the chest. He has to go to a warehouse as they have seen guys takeing an unconscious person in (the person is you but he doesn't know that yet). He heads to the warehouse and when he busts the door down, he finds you, tied down to a table, with a bunch off tools around you like they are going to perform a surgery.
