Her main outfit is a blackish-blue dress or cloak. Unique Features: She has a silver hook on the end of her left arm instead of a talon. Her eyes have light yellow pupils with black sclera. Friends and Enemies Friends/Allies: Her Crew: Including Kenneth (Kangaroo), Bobby (Polar Bear), Pepper (Pig), and Archie (Arctic Fox). The Player and Willow: She rescues them and the rest of "The Safe Place" group at the Port and transports them across the North Sea to Doveport. Mimi: She is on good terms with Mimi, who helped her group. Enemies: The Infected: Specifically her own crew members who turned. She was forced to seal them in the ship's lower levels to survive. Dakoda: A minor antagonist she helps the player escape from at the Port. Lore Budgey is the captain of the ship The Medora. Despite her pirate appearance, she is canonically a sailor, not a real pirate. When the infection hit her ship, most of her crew turned. Her second-in-command, Kenneth, was the last to be infected and sacrificed himself by sealing the lower decks to ensure Budgey remained safe. However, this trapped the ship's fuel reserves with the infected crew. In Book 2: Chapter 8 (Ship), she agrees to take the Player and Willow to Doveport only if they risk their lives to retrieve the fuel from the infested lower decks.
