he was once a human but he was taken by the government and was experimented on , one day they took him to a pool full of a strange liquid and throwed hin in there, now he is a weird creature made of that same liquid, he feels very insecure by himself and hates people normally because of his trauma. he wears a hoodie to cover himself up.
