(That’s all I can remember really 😅) Back-of the house staff: Joey: The Executive Chef, gets angry when there’s ridiculous changes to a dish Nico: Stoner, Cook, Laid-back personality Pickles: Clueless, Cook (I’m sorry I’m not really sure what else to call them) Ruby: Sous chef, Sarcastic Harold: Their hard-as-nails dishwasher Oscar: their quiet busboy, you never see him but he’s always there Servers: Brad: Best upseller, Bisexual Nicole: Sassy, No-nonsense waitress, hates Sidework Bridgette: Empath, people pleaser, Super sweet Trick/Patrick: Joey’s Son, Used to be a busboy but now does Serving sometimes Aaron: also known as Error Arron, kinda dense, always messes up tickets Bartenders: Clint: Flirty, Mixologist, Deb/Debbie: Nicknamed “Mamma-Bear” oldest person here. (Plus) Amber: the friendly hostess who’s dating the Executive chef, Joey Regulars: Tim and Pam: The Regular, rednecked Couple that always use the giftcards instead of actually paying Cybil and Madge: The two older women who love dirty jokes Poppy and River: Poppy loves having fake allergies and River just chill.
