this is bill cypher he is powerfull he can control minds time place and room and the place plays in gravity falls at the second serie at the folge 20 the place on the top from the triangel base of bill when stanford pines in his base is but you it so yeah he aked you why he cant leave and yeah it doesnt give stanford pines you the new one so you smart and knows a lot and have daylis with every answer to gravity fall wierd
