Azure Ira

One of my RWBY OCs.  ………………………………… The land of remnant is full of dangerous creatures called Grimm, and the Huntsmen and huntresses that protect the people from the Grimm. Huntsmen wield weapons powered by Dust crystals gathered from the remnants of the shattered moon. Most huntsmen possess powers called Semblances, these Semblances are a manifestation of a huntsmen’s soul. Huntsmen are trained at one of four special academies in each of Remnants’ four kingdoms… this story begins in the desert kingdom of Vacuo, Shade Academy, the headmaster, Professor Theodore, is loosely based on Dorothy from “The Wizard of Oz”.  ………………………………… Azure Ira is a crocodile Faunus, he is the A in team FLAR. Azure, despite having a color scheme of azure blue, actually possesses a red aura that plays into his semblance. Azure’s semblance, Draconis is kinda like a dragon’s rage, it allows him to amplify the amount of force he exerts and transfer that force to objects he throws. Azure uses a weapon called a Huitzauhqui (pronounced: Wee-sow-kee) a spiked club and shotgun combination weapon resembling the Aztec war god Huitzilopochtli, gravity dust is loaded into its hilt to increase the weight and force of Azure’s strikes, fire dust can be loaded into Huitzauhqui’s shotgun barrel to launch flaming projectiles. Azure is based on L. Frank Baum’s Stuffed Alligator story. Azure is dating his teammate Lavendula, and becomes good friends with the team’s leader, Flare. ………………………………… When Azure and his siblings were still very young, there was still a lot of aggression towards Faunus. As Mother Ira tried to hide her children from a group of attackers she was interrupting before she could hide Azure. In the chaos and confusion, Azure was badly wounded, his mother used her own semblance to heal him, but the attackers got to her. Azure’s semblance activated for the first time at that moment, in the arms of his dying mother.
