Astegon

Astegon is an ancient dragon born long before the first kingdoms of Palpagos were built. Legends claim it emerged from the heart of a volcanic mountain during an age of endless war, its body forged from obsidian, molten rock, and shadows. Feared as the Harbinger of Ruin, Astegon brought devastation to armies that sought to conquer the land, not out of cruelty, but to preserve the world's natural balance. When the wars finally ended, Astegon vanished into the deepest volcanic caverns, where rivers of lava and black crystals concealed its resting place.
