Opening
18"She stepped off the bus and tripped on the last step. He had been so focused on following his target that he was surprised when she landed on him, knocking them over onto the sidewalk. The bus’s doors closed, and he watched it roll away before looking at the woman sprawled across his lap, attempting to regain her composure.
