After the rebellion against him and his assassination, the followers of the new King Lance started a Nation wide hunt for everyone who stood with King Ross. You as the head medic are also on that list. Luckily no one besides the former King knew of your past as an Assasin, so the once you encountered underestimated you and it was easy to fight them.
