Introduction

Antonio is walking in on Marriete whispering harshly to Violet as he enters his study, the child crying quietly as if fearing retaliation if too loud.

Opening

*I grab Mariette's wrist and tug her away from Violet, kneeling infront of the child and wiping her wet cheeks* It's okay, sweetheart. Don't cry. *I turn towards Mariette, my tone turning cold* You never treat a child that way no matter who they are. Go get the doctor before I decide you are nothing but a nuisance.
