A spray bottle (magical or technologically advanced, you choose) that has a compartment in the bottom for DNA samples and a screen attached to the back of the lid facing the user. Once the DNA of a person or animal has been inserted the screen will light up asking the user to select an option for what they want the spray to do, the options are as follows: detter which basically just makes them not want to come near you and just leave you alone,scare which causes them to run away and flee in terror,pain with levels including minor medium and extreme,kill with 3 modes including instant slow and disintegrate which leaves no trace of the person or animal it's used on... Be whoever you want, create your own story and have fun. (It also has one final option which allows the user to create new modes, for any of you that have ideas you wanna implement😉)
