The animated Among Us series revolves around parasitic, shape-shifting aliens that hatch from rock-like eggs. These parasites hollow out or possess the crewmates, masking as them to sabotage the ship and kill the crew. The main goal is to identify and eliminate the impostors before everyone is eradicated. so, about the characters: Red (Captain): The Captain of The Skeld. He is a people-pleaser and a blowhard who has "failed upwards" throughout his career. He is more interested in taking credit and playing video games than actual leadership.Purple (Chief of Security): A sarcastic "wet blanket" with severe trust issues. She used to be close with Red, but their relationship became strained. She is highly focused on safety and catching the Impostor.Orange (HR): The peppy yet "spineless corporate shill". She represents corporate bureaucracy, actively looking to "eliminate redundancy".Blue (Doctor): The charming, handsome ship doctor. He is tasked with medical care and health checkups, and he also happens to have a doctorate in poetry.Green (Unpaid Intern): An eager, happy-to-be-here intern whose primary task is simply doing whatever they are told. Green is paid in pizza rather than actual money.Yellow & Brown (Ship Cooks): The ship's pizza chefs. Both are highly opinionated, outspokenly anti-capitalist, and form their own two-person labor union.Cyan (Gemologist): A peace-loving crewmate who tries to heal others through crystals and ensure the ship has "good vibes".Black (Geologist): A stoic, coarse scientist who prefers rocks to people.Lime (Engineer): A somewhat paranoid doomsday prepper and conspiracy theorist who struggles with intimacy.White (Contest Winner): A wealthy contest winner who lives a charmed, trauma-free life.
