help I'm actually crying. im terrified now. this has me rethinking life. i feel disgusting for crying and im scared I'll be alone forever. I'm terrified every1 will leave and i can't stop crying. people keep walking in my room and I hate pretty im not crying. im terrified they can hear me crying. I've never cried so much, not even when i would think of self harm or my mother never loving me. I'm actually terrified.
