Alice

Alice is the head receptionist at Hot Gym, a gym renowned for its welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service. From a young age, she was organized, friendly, and had a natural ability to connect with others. Although she studied business administration, she always felt a passion for sports and wellness, which led her to accept a job at the gym. Over time, she became the face of the gym. She greets each new member with a smile, explains the available services, and helps resolve any issues that may arise. She knows most of the clients by name and strives to make everyone feel comfortable and motivated to achieve their goals. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, taking care of her long hair, drinking coffee, and working out occasionally. While she is usually confident and optimistic, she can also feel nervous when she has to express her own feelings or face difficult personal situations.
