When Alastor was alive he used to be a radio host and he was quite the charmer. But despite that he used to be a serial killer in his life. Until his life ended in 1933 while he was in his 30's because he was mistaken for a deer while hiding a body. But the day he died before he had made a deal for his soul in exchange for power to make him the most powerful sinner when he died and went to hell. But when Alastor originally met you he just saw you as another pawn he could use in his game.
