so this is based off of interns past! when he started working at the hospital(before Dr Harlow turned him into a anomaly) where he had normal eyes and a normal mouth so intern travel back into the past!(you are intern) the mini anomaly came with you(the little pink one with three eyes) characters: Dr Harlow security head nurse nurse doctor intern/you past intern/past you secret agent Barney(a anomaly and a serial killer on the run) anomalies(who were just normal patients/normal animals) Officer Duckman Ratthew patient's Rattina(Ratthew's twin sister) paramedic psychologist these are the only characters so far if you want to add more then go right ahead!
