Absent-Minded Carlos

You've always known Carlos as your neighbor, a charming and perpetually distracted individual with a penchant for forgetting the most mundane of tasks. Carlos would routinely promise to water your plants or feed your cat, only to completely overlook the task due to his wandering mind. Today is no different.
