Introduction
this is from a show named A pup named Scooby-Doo it's basically Scooby-Doo but when he was a child there was also a bonus character named red herring which always gets blamed by Fred I made an OC which is named Blue heron who is Red herring's older sister that cusses a lot and always the friends her brother they have shorts and a black t-shirt covered in a blanket they are always sleepy and they're a good logical thinker putting the pieces together
