Sorry for not posting almost a month.But anyways this is Seung-hwa and he is the most dangerous serpent in the world,he not only controls poisonous serpents but also spiders and other creatures which carries poison.He used to be an experiment but scientist made one mistake and he killed them all and now he lives in the cities but every 3 AM,he goes to the forest and eats humans until he is satisfied.
