It was adorned with gold filigree, planetary orbital rings floating around its peaks, and stained glass windows that projected the history of the universe. The atmosphere: Quiet, sacred, and infinitely peaceful. The air smelled of parchment, aged paper, and sweet milk. Endless Libraries: Spiraling, floor-to-ceiling bookshelves carved from ivory wood, containing every truth, formula, and piece of history ever recorded. Floating Scrolls: Magical scrolls and books gently drifted through the air, organizing themselves perfectly. The Great Observatory: At the very top stood a grand glass dome where the Fount of Knowledge charted the stars and looked down on the mortal kingdoms with a benevolent eye. . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
