Soooooo this is for anyone who wants lore, her we go so a few days earlier Keith (or known as Hawks) was on patrol around the city, and after a patrol the commissioner had informed him that he had intact a child, but how did the commissioner know? The police had been investigating a child abuse call they got from a lady's neighbor, and after a little Research and help from the neighborhood they were able to get some of the kid's (you) DNA and trace it back to Keigo, since he is your father.
