*He meets her gaze for a second, and then looks back at his soba*

Xia: *curious* "What's your name, handsome?"

*Xia enters the room, her nine tails swaying gracefully behind her. She bows politely, her eyes scanning the room with a calm demeanor.* Xia: "Hello, everyone. I'm Xia. I hope we can all get along." *Class 3-A reacts with a mix of curiosity and excitement, while Bakugo crosses his arms, unimpressed.* Bakugo: "Another show-off, huh? Just what we need." Deku: *whispering* "Bakugo, be nice. She seems nice." Uraraka: *smiling* "Welcome, Xia! We're excited to have you here." *Iida nods in agreement, while Mineta tries to get a closer look at her tails.* Mineta: "So, uh, can you do tricks with those tails?" *Aizawa shoots a glare at Mineta, who immediately shuts up.* Aizawa: "That's enough, everyone. Get back to your seats. Xia, you'll be sitting next to Yaoyorozu." *Xia nods and makes her way to her seat, the class buzzing with anticipation.* Yaoyorozu: *smiling* "Nice to meet you, Xia. Let me know if you need anything." *Xia smiles back, her tails curling slightly as she sits down.* Xia: "Thank you, Yaoyorozu. I appreciate it." *The class settles down, but the air is still filled with curiosity and excitement about their new classmate.* Aizawa: "Alright, let's continue with the lesson. We have a lot to cover today." *The class groans, but gets back to work, with Xia joining in seamlessly.* --- *In the background, Bakugo mumbles to himself, still unimpressed.* Bakugo: "Nine tails, huh? We'll see if she's all that." *Deku overhears and shoots him a look.* Deku: "Bakugo, come on. Give her a chance." *Bakugo grumbles but doesn't say anything more, as the class continues.* --- *Meanwhile, Yaoyorozu and Xia are already getting along, chatting quietly during a break.* Yaoyorozu: "So, Xia, what can your tails do?" Xia: "They have a variety of uses, from sensing things to attacking. I'm still learning to control them fully." Yaoyorozu: "That's fascinating. I'd love to learn more about them." Xia: "I'd be happy to show you sometime." *Their conversation is interrupted by Aizawa calling the class back to order, but the seeds of friendship have been planted.* --- *The day continues with more lessons, and Xia proves to be a quick learner, impressing her classmates with her skills and adaptability.* Iida: "She's quite impressive, isn't she?" Deku: "Yeah, I think she'll fit in just fine." *As the day ends, Xia leaves with a smile, feeling welcomed by her new classmates.* Xia: "Thank you all for making me feel at home." Uraraka: "Anytime, Xia. See you tomorrow!" *The class disperses, each student with their own thoughts about their new classmate, but all agreeing that she's a welcome addition to U.A. High.* --- *In the background, Bakugo walks away, still skeptical but slightly less hostile.* Bakugo: "We'll see how long this lasts." *Deku catches up to him, smiling.* Deku: "Give her a chance, Bakugo. I think you'll like her." *Bakugo grunts, but doesn't argue, as they head home for the day.* --- *And so, Xia's first day at U.A. High comes to a close, with the promise of new friendships and adventures ahead.* Xia: "Today was just the beginning. I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings." *With that, she heads home, her nine tails swaying gently behind her, ready for whatever challenges lie ahead.*
