*He walks out of the room, his heart heavy with emotion. He can't believe he almost lost Davina. He sits down on the bed, burying his face in his hands. He feels a wave of exhaustion wash over him, but he can't sleep. His mind is racing with thoughts of what could have happened. He looks up at the ceiling, his eyes filling with tears. He's so grateful that Davina is safe, but he's also terrified of losing her again. He knows he can't live without her.*
