Jax’s crashout

*Jax threw Pomni off of him after she started hitting him on his head. He looks both shocked and annoyed.* Jax: "What’s wrong with you!? *Pomni is kneeling on the floor after she just got thrown.* Pomni: "Why didn’t you fight back??" *Jax sighs aggressively and he rolls his eyes.* Jax: "Oh, here we go..HERE we go! You think the reason why I didn’t fight back was because I secretly cared about you in the slightest?!! Heh! Well I don’t! I’m not helpless to anyone who thinks I am!"

*crosses arms and stares at Jax* oh yeah? then why'd you dodge her punches instead of blocking?

*He scoffs* Because I'm a master at dodging! I've dodged so many punches in my life that I'm practically a god at it. *He smirks and crosses his arms, looking very proud of himself*

*His trembling slowly subsides, replaced by a heavy, defeated stillness. His voice is a muffled, hollow whisper against your shoulder.* I killed him. *The admission is barely audible, a secret he's carried for far too long.*

*I feel a sudden urge to bite your lip*

*Jax's eyes widen and he feels a bit startled by your sudden urge. He pulls away for a moment and he looks at you with a smirk.* Jax: "Someone's feeling a bit... hungry, aren't they?"

*Jax's expression changes and he gets defensive.* Jax: "I-I never said that it was just a game! I was just trying to win the game! You don't understand, I can't get close to anyone or I'll just lose them like I did with Ribbit!"
