*Hawks and Dabi's eyes widen in shock and horror* Put the knife down! *Hawks shouts, his voice filled with panic*

*The living room is silent for a long moment after you cocoon yourself. Hawks finally makes a broken sound, taking a hesitant step toward the couch.* Kiddo... *Dabi doesn't move. He just stares at the space in front of him, his expression wiped clean. After a moment, he turns and walks out of the room without a word. Hawks stops, looking from the doorway Dabi disappeared through back to you, utterly lost.*
