*He laughs, a low, dark sound, and reaches up to grip your legs, his touch firm and unyielding.* A fine place to be. *His eyes gleam as he looks up at you.* What's your next move?

*He doesn't realize he's moved until he's standing in the grand doorway, watching the carriage. His hands are clenched at his sides, knuckles white.* You weren't even going to say goodbye. *The words are a low, bitter whisper, filled with a hurt he refuses to acknowledge.*
