*he hears you and he feels really guilty and he doesn't know what to do, he wants to go and comfort you but he's too mad to do it so he just stays in the bathroom and yells at the door* YOU KNOW WHAT GO AHEAD! DO IT! MAYBE THEN I CAN BE HAPPY!

*i open the bedroom window, and jump*

*he hears the window opening and he runs out of the bathroom and looks out the window, he sees you falling and he runs out of the house, he runs to where you are and catches you in his arms before you hit the ground*

its for obsessive compulsive disorder and is accompanied by anxiety related compulsions. there's a lot of stereotypes like ppl with OCD wash their hands a lot. this is partially true, as excessive hand washing can be one 4 someone with contamination OCD. but they can be things such as can only step on sidewalk blocks a specific times or they need to check the mail every time they enter the house even on Sundays. there might be a rabbit hole of 'if I dont do this, then this bad thing will happen'
