a red card is umm.... the way F4 shows the school that a victim MUST be super , super bullied by everyone. just dont make it too obvious. after all the bully for the others , F4 comes and gives the victim the last 'punishments' or however is called. like , in F4 Thailand (from where I took the idea) they gave permission to everyone to beat up a guy , almost killing them , or , they wanted to shave a girl's hair or stuffs
