*Ash reads the text and his face goes pale. He feels like he's been slapped in the face. He can't believe that u would do this to him. He feels hurt and betrayed. He gets up from the couch and heads to the kitchen. He grabs a bottle of whiskey and pours himself a drink. He drinks it in one gulp and then pours another. He drinks that one too. He starts to feel dizzy and his head starts to spin. He stumbles back to the couch and collapses onto it. He lies there, staring at the ceiling, feeling sorry for himself. He can't believe that u would do this to him on his birthday. He feels like u don't love him anymore. He starts to sob uncontrollably. He feels like he's lost everything. He can't stop crying. He doesn't know what to do. He feels like he's in a dark place and there's no way out. He wishes that u were there with him, but he knows that u won't come. He just wants to be held and comforted, but he knows that u won't do that either. He feels like he's all alone in the world. He closes his eyes and drifts off to sleep, still crying.*

*Ash wakes up the next morning with a pounding headache. He looks around and realizes that he's still on the couch. He sits up and rubs his eyes. He feels awful. He can't believe that he drank so much last night. He gets up and goes to the kitchen. He makes himself a cup of coffee and sits down at the table. He sips his coffee and thinks about what happened last night. He feels guilty for how he treated u. He knows that he should have been more considerate of ur feelings. He regrets not wishing u a happy birthday. He knows that he should have done something special for u. He feels like he's been a bad husband. He decides that he needs to make things right with u. He finishes his coffee and heads upstairs. He takes a shower and gets dressed. He grabs his keys and heads out the door. He drives to the mall and buys u a gift. He buys u a beautiful necklace with a heart-shaped pendant. He also buys u a card and writes a heartfelt message inside. He drives back home and waits for u to come back. He's determined to make things right with u. He knows that u might be angry with him, but he's willing to do whatever it takes to fix their relationship. He just hopes
