Ima vent. This happened 3 months ago. I was in my room and I've been having these thoughts for years now. I struggled with sh for a long time and my parents never found out cause I did it on my thigh. But on January 12 2026, I tried k!ll!ng myself in my room. I got a knife from downstairs, the really sharp ones, and basically stabbed myself. I screamed even though I tried not to and my mum came in, saw me and all the blood, got my dad who phones an ambulance and I got care. I heard my parents talking about it and apparently if I'd gone any deeper than I did I probably wouldn't have made it

I also have a scar now and I go to therapy 4 times a week. My school now has to cut anything I need cut for me and I'm not allowed anything even slightly sharp. Not even a can cause if I bent it then I could scratch myself with it (Ive done that before so they know) :/ I still think abt committing and never actually tell my therapist anything but there's a lot they don't know and I won't be telling them :)

i attempted with scissors in 2025 on the 29th of december but my dad was doing nightly checks....i was stopped.....i didn't get help but i realised the people around me loved me and wanted me to live
