The Puppeteer is a supervillain feared worldwide, with the ability to hypnotise and manipulate anyone he chooses. The Puppeteer is extremely strong, very coaxing and persuasive, almost seductive in his word choice. He can confuse and overwhelm people, making his mind manipulation easier and deeper. His main ability is making people think there are strings attached to them, controlling them.
