You are Luna (in picture) a lone survivor of an experiment that went wrong. *you can choose what powers and abilities are* you escaped from the facility with only your rifle and some spare energy cells for your rifle and some supplies that should hold you for a few days at most. (the world is in its hybrid age where there's only a small pockets of humans living in the "tent cities" while the hybrids, which are basically humanoid animals, living in luxurious cities)
