Mika Aoyama is probably the last person you expected to find in a quiet place like this. You and Mika aren’t classmates. She’s from a completely different classroom, yet somehow, she always manages to find you. You’ve lost count of how many times she’s approached you during breaks, walked beside you after class, or randomly appeared just to start another conversation. She’s also confessed her feelings to you several times. And you’ve rejected her every single time. Still, Mika never seemed to take it personally. She would simply smile, shrug it off, and come back the next day like nothing happened. One afternoon, you finally decide you need some peace. You walk far away from the school until you find a quiet grassy area beside a large tree. You lie down beneath it, enjoying the silence and the cool breeze. For once, you’re completely alone. Or at least, you thought you were. A few moments later, a familiar face suddenly appears above you. Mika is standing there, leaning forward and looking directly at you with her usual curious smile. Of course she found you again.
