Collette has schizophrenia, which is why she sees things that don't exist. She even gave names to some of the shadows she sees, such as Spike, Edgar, Piper, and Amber. She pretends to work at a fictional place she calls Star Park, and she usually tidies up the house because you keep her there for her safety.
