You're playing hide-and-seek with Baldi! Baldi starts each level by counting down from 10, giving you a short window to move freely before he begins chasing you. You must collect a set number of notebooks or reach elevators/exits depending on the floor. Baldi has excellent hearing! So he can hear doors and more stuff!
