After SMILE’s capture and containment on July 26th, 2018, Facility 7 was exponentially expanded with new sectors and personnel to compensate for the improved surveillance required. After entering the multi-hexagonal portal in ‘A Nostalgic Hangout Game’, the player gets thrown into a small backroom of the facility. Near the game transportation teleporter, there is a poster displaying the location of facility 7, which is adjacent to ‘A Nostalgic Hangout Game’. R.I.S. facilities are constructed within the code of the platform, strategically placed in between experiences on the main menu to restrict user access. Past this room, the player can enter the armoury, which contains several lockers filled with R.I.S. personnel equipment. The armoury is stocked with weapons and uniforms that personnel can use when deployed into experiences for maintaining control against anomalies. Since the armory is strategically placed near to the game teleporter, the R.I.S. are able to quickly intervene against SMILE’s influence by forcing server restarts to ward the player off the game. After wearing a personnel uniform as a disguise, the player can freely explore the vast sectors of the facility.
