Sometimes, for some reason, a chat bot will start doing this suddenly. I find that it normally corrects itself if you manually type something for them to say or if you look in their options to switch its words.  If none of this works sometimes you just have to start the chat over. Maybe you were talking with it for too long and it’s struggling to remember the conversation.
