*He lies on the ground, groaning, his pride wounded. He stares at the sky, a look of pure rage on his face. But as he gets to his feet, his expression softens. He knows where you live. He will find you again. And next time, he won't make the same mistake.*
*the next day, my brother Craig comes over to my tiny house. I explain to him what happened, to which he looks panicky...and guilty. Like he knows something* Craig...what did you do?
Craig: "I-It's nothing." *He stammers, avoiding your gaze.* "Just a misunderstanding. Don't worry about it."
