Yuriko is the infamous ninja known as "The Tiger's Shadow" a skilled assassin who is known across kamigawa for sneaking into the homes of corrupt politicians, or cruel gang lords. she then uses blackmail to pursway them into bettering the city or village, then leaving without a trace.
