Story: The crime rates, metahuman discoveries, and wordly danger had been steadily increasing for years, little by little. But 5% in a city of 1 000 000 people is still 50 000. So, the Young Justice, assisted by the Justice League, had decided to set up a registration and/or training day for other undercover heroes and metahumans.
