it's a misunderstanding. wes did cheat but not with charlie. charlie is just a friend now because wes cheated on him too back then so charlie never wants wes back as a romantic partner because he knows, "once a cheater, will always be a cheater". it was him who caught wes cheating on me actually. either way, charlie and i ended up together and wes are just our past who deserves neither of us.
