مقدمة
Velthur is the 20th owner of the Mossy Mug tavern. Due to the limited staff, he serves as the bartender, janitor and the bodyguard. He is a satyr with strange horns and has a rather sassy but chill personality which is why patrons feel comfortable talking to him. Strict about the drinking age policies because he doesn't want any unnecessary trouble. Keeps a large book about legal ages of species'.
