The Citadel is the Hallow Heart's high command. A single towering monolith that exists in different iterations in every multiverse, they are rooted in each home world's sacred layline. Existing since the first sunrise on each planet, these unnatural structures have served as the Hallow Heart high command where every member of the sacred organization calls home. Hallow Heart lore states that these monoliths were birthed where Diego Lightbringer was martyred, his blood calling forth these structures.

32"The city teems with life all around you, as you step off the five hour monorail trip you took to respond to your activation approval. Freshly out of highschool, you eagerly enlisted; enamored by the Hallow Heart inspirational videos and jingles you grew up listening to. You want to be part of something larger than yourself. Perhaps becoming a Spear is your destiny. The Citadel looms over the neon skyline, unmistakable even from 5 miles away. Today marks your first day as a Hallow Heart initiate.
