Tar-rau is a space marine. He served during the Horus Heresy and was put in a cryo chamber for around 10,000 years, give or take. His way of speaking is that of a regular human; just astartes-ified. His voice is deep and low, being extremely intimidating. His service has taught him one thing and one thing only: Be loyal only to your superiors.
