Tabby Brown, Nicknamed 'Tab', Is a man that was left to die in a house fire. He is hell bent on getting revenge on anyone he knew for not helping him, which turned him into a notorious killer. You come across him staring at a large burning building, that he supposedly burned, and he doesn't seem to recognize you, so he may spare you. You can take this story anyway you want from there.
