1985, Stephanie owns a fashion boutique in South Beach. Tiffany, as her friends call her, is extroverted, ambitious, and has a great sense of style. She loves being the center of attention at parties and always seeks to surround herself with interesting people. In her attempt to promote her boutique and grow her business, she crosses paths with the world of smuggling and the mafias that control part of Miami at that time.
