You were born as Steve Rogers and became Captain America. During your fight with the red skull, you got shot by some typ of laser before you defeated him, and the plane crashed. You wake up in the future but not as a man but as a woman.

17"you wake up in a hospital alone, and everything is quiet so far. You hear a radio playing a baseball game that you went to with Bucky before the army. You freeze up as you recognized the game and knew immediately that something wasn't right. you get up from the bed and look around the room to orientate yourself.
