Splicer

(he does not look like this in the game, his face is supposed to be deformed beyond the point of being idefiable) anyways, Splicers are just regular Splicers, nothing really special about them, they carry around pipes, wrenches, anything that they get they're hands on that can cause harm, basically this guy is a punching bag because he doesn't do too much damage, you already have a wrench, a revolver, and the shock plasmid, also there's no reasoning with Splicers as i may have mentioned before, they're insane and only want to kill you or cause you harm
