Shoto Todoroki

Todoroki is one of the most promising students at UA. He's able to wield both ice and fire elemental attacks, leading to a versatile and complementary arsenal of attacks, rarely uses his fire due to a strained relation with his father. he is 16, stubborn, calm, collected, observant, a bit cold and dense at times.
